David Sobrepeña is the General Superintendent and Corporate President of the Philippines General Council of the Assemblies of God (PGCAG). It was back in 1988 at the aftermath of the people power revolution where Pastor Dave left a career path in business and finance in Dallas, Texas and took up the mantle that his grandfather and father before him held. The mantle of answering God’s call in leading people to the Lord. A call that would bring him back to his country, the Philippines. Along with his wife, Lydia, Pastor Dave planted a seed in the old Paramount Theater that would eventually grow into one of the biggest churches in Metro Manila, Word of Hope Christian Family Church. To this day, he still leads Word of Hope as Senior Pastor which is one of the largest churches in the Philippines located in Metro Manila. Under his watch and with the Lord as his guide, Word of Hope grew and currently running more than 7,500 Life Groups (Cell Groups) within Metro Manila and was able to establish and maintains several institutions, namely, Hope General Hospital, Hope Christian Academy, Hope Leadership Institute, Paradise Prayer Garden and a microfinance enterprise called HOPE, Inc.

Ronnie Floyd served as President and CEO of the Southern Baptist Convention Executive Committee from 2019 through 2021. In his tenure, Dr. Floyd forwarded the Cooperative Program which is the financial fuel to fund the Great Commission ministries of the SBC statewide, nationally, and globally. He also led Southern Baptists to adopt a unified, Great Commission vision called Vision 2025. As he provided direction in these areas and more, he provided biblical, balanced and forward-thinking leadership to the denomination through the Covid-19 global pandemic. In addition, Dr. Floyd has served as the President of the National Day of Prayer and chairman of the board for the Family Research Council in Washington, D.C. He has interviewed with various media outlets and news publications, including the Washington Times, the Sunday edition of the New York Times, and also broadcast weekly on the DayStar Television Network. Dr. Floyd has authored 24 books and will always be a pastor at heart. However, his proudest accomplishments stem from his personal life and family. He and his wife, Jeana, have been married since 1976. They have two sons, who are both married, and seven grandchildren.

Tim Hill is the General Overseer of the Church of God in Cleveland, Tennessee. Prior to his election in 2016, Dr. Hill served as the church’s Director of World Missions. He launched “The FINISH Challenge” within the Church of God and beyond to help network the Body of Christ toward the fulfillment of the Great Commission. A former pastor, he has written several books, penned 150 gospel songs, and traveled extensively around the world spreading the gospel. At present he continues to speak at major denominal and interdenominal conventions and conferences around the world spreading the word of God wherever he goes.

Efraim Tendero, widely known as Bishop Ef, was appointed Secretary General and CEO of the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) in March 2015. For more than twenty years, he served as National Director of the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC). He was also President of the Philippine Relief and Development Services (PHILRADS), the relief and development arm of PCEC. Bishop Ef has a BA in Theology from Febias College of Bible, a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, two honorary Doctor of Divinity degrees from Asian Theological Seminary and Febias College of Bible, and a Doctor of Leadership degree from International Graduate School of Leadership. Bishop Ef and his wife, Sierry, have four children and two grandchildren.

Edmund Chan is a seasoned disciple-making pastor. The Leadership Mentor in Covenant Evangelical Free Church, Edmund is widely regarded as an insightful Bible expositor and a wise mentor of Christian leaders. In 1995, he launched the annual Intentional Disciple-making Church (IDMC) Conferences, which have drawn over 1000 pastors and disciple-making leaders from more than 150 churches from over 18 countries. He also serves on the advisory councils of several Christian organizations. Edmund has authored Built To Last: Towards A Disciple-making Church, Growing Deep in God, Mentoring Paradigms and Growing Deep in Faith. He graduated summa cum laude from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School with an MA (Missions). He is married to Ann Chan, who serves as an Associate Pastor, and they have two adult daughters, Amanda and Belicia.

Glenn Burris Jr. graduated from Mount Vernon Bible College in 1976. He served as youth pastor in Concord, N.C., for a year and, in 1977, became a senior pastor in Macon, Ga. He later pastored the Foursquare church in Cornelius, N.C., and served as president of The Foursquare Church (2009 – 2020). Glenn’s passion for church planting is evidenced by the 200 congregations birthed between 1992 and 2002, when he served as supervisor of the 10-state historic Southeast District. Prior to that, he had served as a youth pastor, senior pastor, and divisional superintendent. Additionally, he was president of LIFE Bible College East, a member of the Foursquare Cabinet, and chairman of the Foursquare Board of Directors. Glenn and his wife, Debbie, have been married since 1975. They are the parents of two adult children, Heidi (married to Dustin Conley) and Joshua (married to Stephanie).

James Hudson Taylor, the great–great grandson of the founder of the China Inland Mission (now OMF International), J. Hudson Taylor, was born and raised in Taiwan. He attended a local Chinese primary school and then Morrison Christian Academy prior to completing his undergraduate degree at Seattle Pacific University. After graduation, James worked together with Dr. David Adeney in OMF’s Pray for China Fellowship for two years, focusing on China-related research and mobilizing the global church to pray for China. James went on to attend Asbury Theological Seminary, where he completed his Master of Divinity (1987) and subsequently his Doctorate of Ministry (2011). In 1993, James married Mimi (Ke Yeh–min) Taylor, a graduate in voice performance of Soo–chow University (Bachelor’s Degree) and Boston University (Master’s Degree). Mimi has taught music at a number of theological institutions and secular schools in Taiwan, produced three sacred music CDs, as well as involved in evangelism/discipleship among Taiwan’s working class (department store workers). James and Mimi have three children: James (5th), Selina, and Joy.

Mark Louw is the Asia-Pacific Regional director for the Church of the Nazarene. He was elected to that role in 2017. Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, his career path has taken him from a major in the South Africa Infantry Corps to pastor in California and then to missionary in West Africa. He and his wife, Linda, have four children: Kathryn, Kirstin Henger (son-in-law Pascal Henger), Johanna, and Alexandra.

Batbold Lkhamsuren has served as the senior pastor of the Mongolian branch of the Bread of Life Church for more than 20 years from 1998 to the present. The church in Ulaanbat, the capital, is the largest church in Mongolia, and has established 46 branches across Mongolia. Batbold and his wife have four sons.  In addition, he also loves to play football. Every year he forms a team to participate in the Mongolian Shepherd’s Cup football competition and has been the champion for five consecutive years.

Byoungho Zoh View Bio

Byoungho Zoh is a South Korean “Tong” and “Tongdok Bible” researcher, Theologian, Professor and Pastor at High-Gippeum Church, South Korea. He is best known for his development of the ‘Tongdok Bible Movement’ which encourages all Christians to read the whole Bible as One Story in chronological order while focusing on the Heart of God. Zoh gained his Th.B in Theology from the Presbyterian University and Theological Seminary in 1985, followed by an M.Div in Divinity also from the Presbyterian University and Theological Seminary, South Korea in 1991. He then went on to pursue Th.M. in Systematic Theology from Yonsei University, South Korea in 1995. Next, he moved to the U.K. to embark on another Th.M in Missionology at the University of Edinburgh which he obtained in 1999 and then gained his Ph.D in Historical Theology from the University of Birmingham in 2003.
